As most, if not all are aware, the world is trying to get their arms around coronavirus (COVID-19). We have been monitoring the news outlets as states and local jurisdictions begin or are well into the process of making plans to help mitigate the spread of the virus. That said, at this time, the meeting for this Sunday (3/13) will take place at the normally scheduled time, Lord’s Supper at 9:30 am followed by the Family Bible Hour at 11:00 am with our brother Brennien Coker bringing the message.
We will maintain communication with everyone as time progresses and will address all future meetings on a case-by-case basis as we get a better understanding of how the virus is impacting our community. We would also like to encourage everyone during this time of uncertainty to greet each other but limit or try to avoid any body contact such as handshakes or high-fives. We have hand sanitizer throughout the chapel, one located at the front entrance/foyer and one in the kitchen by the snacks during the time of fellowship. We also have antibacterial wipes stocked at the chapel for use in cleaning handles, doorknobs, surfaces, etc. If you feel like you have a fever, have difficulty breathing or coughing, we ask that you consider staying home.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mike Gentile or reply to this email. Be in prayer for those already infected and for the Lord’s protection over His people.
